The beginning of the new year brought us a big surprise: we were awarded a GOLD AWARD Recipient of the prestigious MOM'S CHOICE AWARDS (Young Contributors Category)!

 

The Mom’s Choice Awards® (MCA) evaluates products and services created for parents and educators and is globally recognised for establishing the benchmark of excellence in family-friendly media, products and services. Using a rigorous evaluation process, entries are scored on a number of elements including production quality, design, educational value, entertainment value, originality, appeal and cost. Around the world, parents, educators, retailers and members of the media trust the MCA Honoring Excellence seal when selecting quality products and services for families and children.

 

Why is this award so relevant for us?

First of all, it is the first award we have won with our self-published book, recognising our project and the success of our collaboration as a father-son team!

 

Secondly, Mom’s Choice Awards has the most important and demanding audience: moms. It is different from a standard literature award. We really wanted to see if we could do it. And we did!

 

Thirdly, this prize demonstrates that in a world overloaded with information and constantly distracted kids, we were able to propose a lovely and engaging character able to engage both boys and girls, children and parents.

 

This is a prestigious prize that gave us the confidence to go ahead with our second book in which we were already working hard!
